Shipping

All purchased items will be produced after the store closes on Friday, Oct 16th, 2026. You can expect to receive your order between November 16th - 27th, 2026. You will be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Shipping to addresses outside of the USA is currently unavailable for our Fall Store. If you are from outside of the USA, please use the camp office as your shipping address, and we will hold your order until next summer.

Gift Card Codes

If you have received a gift card code from the camp team, please note it can only be used once; any unused portion of the discount you were provided will not carry over and cannot be used as a credit at a later date.

Production Minimums

We reserve the right to cancel orders if manufacturers’ production minimums are not met. We hope that this will not become necessary. However, if it does, you will be notified and receive a full refund for the product we are no longer producing.

Exchanges/Refunds/Returns

Refunds or changes to your order can be made before October 16th, 2026 when the Store closes and manufacturing begins. If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Amy "Glitter" Bolton before October 16th by email at mail@goldarrowcamp.com.
